A key part of our approach was introducing a friendly, approachable tone of voice to their communications, making the festival feel more inviting and accessible.
To attract families and a younger audience, we introduced incentives like saver offers and a "Young Persons Ticket" that provided free entry for those 18 and under. This approach was carried through their website, digital materials, print assets, and e-marketing, making the festival more inclusive for families and accessible to everyone.
By softening the tone of voice and offering incentives, we helped the festival connect with a broader audience, ensuring chamber music reaches new generations. As a result, the festival has seen year-on-year audience growth, with our marketing activities making the difference.
