The 2005 festival celebrated the role of women in early music as patrons, composers, and performers.

A portrait of Henrietta Maria, daughter of Henry IV of France and Marie de Medici, was used as the central visual. It reflected the elegance and influence of women in music and society. Featured across brochures, posters, and display materials, it gave the festival a clear and consistent visual identity that aligned with its theme.
